If you cannot run the Aztech device in bridged mode without losing internet access from inside, you need to forward the ports 80 and 8081 on the Aztech to the WAN facing IP address of the D-Link, and from the D-Link to the internal IP address of your DVR.
Whatever, you should contact Aztech or your ISP to find out what must be done to orderly run the device in bridged mode. If this option is there, it should function.
wan ip on dlink forwarded in aztech with port 80 and 8081 thwn dvr ip and port 80 forwarded in dlink router
It's the other way around, you go from outside to inside:
Internet --> Aztech --> D-Link --> DVR
Best you can do is to work thoroughly through this sticky, and if you can't solve this, you must post all the details asked for at the end of the sticky, else we have nothing to help.
placed dvr ip in dlink dmz
This is not recommended, for security reasons. You open all ports to the DVR then.
