everydns nameservers not responding for secondary domains

I have a secondary domain setup on my everydns account, but the everydns nameservers (ns1 through ns4.everydns.net) are not responding to queries for those domains (e.g. iforgot dot us). The everydns nameservers are responding for primary domains on my account.

Make sure you are using the right IP address for AXFR's: http://www.everydns.com/faq/secondary-domain/what-IP-for-AXFRs

Also, increment the serial on your end that will cause a notify to be sent.

I would recommend you contact EveryDNS support since we (other users) can't help with account related issues.

The response I got: "If you are a non-donating user we will not be able to respond to your email. Instead, you will need to ask your question at the community site."

You were a non-donating (free) user I assume then? You may want to try contacting DynDNS instead.
