I have complete the port forward, and can view the DVR from internet, how can I use the DYNDNS host name, so I do not need to check and find what is new IP address of my router

Seems you linked to the guide twice. Perhaps you meant http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/ for the last link?
