I have complete the port forward, and can view the DVR from internet, how can I use the DYNDNS host name, so I do not need to check and find what is new IP address of my router

Please see this guide and the instructions linked from the Dynamic DNS page. Seems you linked to the guide twice. Perhaps you meant http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/ for the last link?
