You'd have to ask DynDNS why they don't offer that type of service, all we can tell you is that they don't.

According to this tweet, the DynECT platform supports this: https://twitter.com/#!/DynSupport/status/152079438656446465 Unfortunately that's a different platform to the one used by Custom DNS/Standard DNS or Secondary DNS - so not directly useful to those whose questions you're answering or commenting on.
