I cannot configure a mailhop outbound.
When I telnet to the server, and enter commands manually for login, I get rejected.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong?
It seems you're trying manually via telnet without encoding the username and password with base64. You can test this with telnet if you do it properly, but it is probably simpler to configure your e-mail software correctly to do it for you. What e-mail software do you have trouble getting to work with MailHop Outbound? Is it a mail server?

Note that this is a user to user forum.
Have you signed up to MailHop Outbound?
Have you configured your mail server or client (I can't tell what you're using) to use the DynDNS account username (not the email address) and password to authenticate with? If you can tell us what you're using we may be able to point you at the relevant documentation on correctly configuring it.
