dlinkdddns.com reporting "No response from central server"

My IP has not updated and I'm getting this error when logged into dlinkddns.com:

Unknown API error:- No response from central server. Please email support@dlinkddns.com..

Hostname XXXXXXX.dlinkddns.com IP in DNS No response from central server. Please email support@dlinkddns.com.

Have you done what the error message says?

Does your account still exist? Is your hostname still in your account? Have you checked the email address associated with your account for any emails regarding it?
