I can access my camera locally, but not remotely. I have set port forwarding to port 8200 on actiontec pk5000 and set the ddns on my camera to direct to my pro account. It appears to be set up and checks out. When I run the tester to find out if router is accessible it says it passes the test. I can not access by using external ip address or my dyndns address. Am I supposed to be able to view my camera by typing in dyndns site and if so, how does that look?

You cannot use
I.e. you may be able to only use
If it has a DDNS update client and you don't use another, you'll want to enable this. But, as you said, you already use your camera for this.

If you're using a port other than 80 you need to remember to specify the port when you connect. For example if you were using a web browser you would enter

thank you for the advice, I had not tried this until now.. I am maybe doing something wrong, I am trying to log in by typing in my dyndns like this. http://www.nameofddns.dyndns.org:8200. is that correct? I can not connect by typing this.
