Checkout to Activate

My host still says "Checkout to Activate" and the order is in progress after 2 days. I have been billed and paid for the DynDns Pro, what can I do to "checkout"?

It would have been better to raise your own question instead of answering with a question to someone else's question.

You have to visit your cart to click the checkout button as far as I recall. This is a user to user forum, and we users can't easily help with problems where your account needs to be ckecked. If the items in the card are invisible, it may be that your browser doesn't support certain feature, so try with another browser.

If you currently have a paid account ("VIP"), you can contact Dyn support. See the Contacts link at the end of this page.

Contacted Dyn Ecommerce Support who confirmed that the pre-auth for the trial signup has not gone through. It appears to be stuck in an authorization status, which normally only should last a few minutes.

They managed to fixed the problem promptly and I now have the free, single hostname I wanted.

I have tried Internet Explorer 9; Google Chrome; Mozilla Fiefox and Opera, all on Windows Vista Business, SP2. Even tried the browser on my Android phone. Same on all of them.

Very difficult to pay when there is nothing visible in the cart! However, I do have another paid account so I could also try that route. Thanks for the suggestion.
