Hey, I had a *.dontexist.org (free) dns from the old days when we were allowed a much bigger better selection of hostnames, and even though it was being used frequently it expired without warning and now I have to choose from a crapper selection. NOT Happy!

All free hostnames expire if you don't update them at least every 30 days, and Dyn send a warning email 5 days in advance of that happening. Simply making use of the hostname is not enough. You may find that your email provider filtered the warning into your spam folder.

Hello there, i have the same problem and i as i know i have loged in for get another 30 days! Now DynDNS erased my Hostname... and i have to get first an "trial" account with giving them my creditcard number and have to cancel the trial to get my hostname for free?!? i would understand if this is when i am a new user. but i am not! So i really need some ones help to get back my hostname if possible. the biggest problem is, that my router wont accept at the moment an other free hoster! so this is really bad for me. Maybe some of the representatives is reading this and maybe he could give me a hand with this issue? Thanks in any case for your time! Fireball
