I set-up my account http://xxxxxx.dyndns.org and used port 8888 for a Foscam Webcam, I'm able to get to the Foscam login screen (forwarded port 8888)from a remote location, but after I login to the Foscam camera, I get this prompt requesting a password and user ID: "A username and password are being requested by http://xxxxxxx.dyndns.org:8888. The site says: "ipcamera_000DC5D27250" "000DC5D27250" is the device ID for my Foscam camera, but I tried all my user IDs and passwords to no avail, including the router ID/password. Do I need to also port forward the admin port on the router?

You should consult the manual for your camera. It should document the username and password that is set by default, or how to reset those to a value you know.
You may need to forward other ports, but as we don't know which of the many Foscam models you have we can't really tell you.
I changed the default username/password, I can get past the Foscam Login screen but it prompts for an additional username/password and won't allow me to do anything else.
The camera is a Foscam FI8918W Wireless IP Camera and I tried everything the manual listed so far to no avail.
If you haven't already, please read Foscam's own documentation - though it looks like you only need to forward the one port. I'd recommend that you ask for help on Foscam's forums since the problem seems to be with their product.
I forwarded port 8888 but no other ports were forwarded, I read that possibly the admin port of the router should be forwarded, I believe it's 80. Should I forward that to 8888?
No, don't forward the admin port of the router. You should only forward port 80 to the camera if the camera needs port 80.
Another thing, my router is an Actiontec GT724WGR that has a built in DSL modem, I know it doesn't support DDNS could that be the issue?
No, support for DynDNS isn't relevant to this.
