Is it poosible to set a ipv6 address to dyndns hostname ?
I try to push my v6 address but the server record my ipv4 address instead
GET /nic/update?hostname=test.shacknet.nu&myip=2001:6a4:4242:cafe:aaaa:aaaa:aaaa:aaaa&wildcard=NOCHG HTTP/1.0

IPv6 addresses are rather static, so no need to update.
Also, you can't currently use a hostname with both, a dynamic IPv4 and an IPv6 address, because you lose the IPv6 information as soon as you update the IPv4 address.
Further, there is no update API for IPv6 addresses yet anyway, else it would have been documented.

A Dynamic DNS hostname cannot be updated dynamically with an IPv6 address.
