Dyn Updater 4.1.8 gets an "application error" every time something updates, new happens or you simply press manually APPLY to confirm changes.....what's up with that ?????

What version of Windows are you running on (for example, "Windows XP Pro SP2")? Where did you get 4.1.8 from?

Strange enough, I didn't know there is a version 4.1.8 out. My current version 4.1.7 clearly shows "You have the latest version"... Also this page shows 4.1.7 as the latest version. Only the Windows client page shows there is a version 4.1.8 - since Sep 8, 2011. It may be too new to be good...

i would like also rollback to even ver. 4.1.7....but where to get it ? i don't have old installer left on my comp and here you can only download 4.1.8.... Try Marc's Updater: http://updater.marc-hoersken.de/

I let my old box update to 4.1.8 and the app wont even run. Went back to 4.1.6 and runs fine now. Check for broken updates are now off for ever!

I'm running Windows XP Pro SP2..... and more - fun starts there, if you press "Check for Upgrades" you get pretty confusing message, telling you, that MY version is 4.1.8 and LATEST VERSION is 4.1.7 ....
