how do i report a site on dyndns?

i found a site on here (http://edpeluffo.homedns.org/media/.s/www.chase.com/) they are phishing chase accounts. how do i report them

When trying to visit http://gyvvrferbr.co.cc/, I get this from Internet Guide:

You tried to reach "gyvvrferbr.co.cc"
